These legal terms constitute a legal binding agreement between you, whether personally or in behalf of an entity, and Gulf Coast Party Boats, concerning your access to and use of the services. Prohibited Activities

Users of GCPB services agree not to engage in any activities that could harm or disrupt our services, violate any laws, or infringe on the rights of others. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, harassment, fraud, and unauthorized access to our systems.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites and content that are not under our control. GCPB is not responsible for the content or practices of any linked third-party websites. Users access third-party content at their own risk.

User Data

We collect and use user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

By booking an excursion with Gulf Coast Party Boats, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. We look forward to providing you with an unforgettable tiki-style party cruise experience!

Booking and Payment

All bookings for individual tickets must be made in advance through our website or with an authorized agent. Private Parties require a deposit of 50% at the time of booking. The remaining 50% will be automatically debited from same method of payment, 48 hours prior to scheduled excursion.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Guest purchasing individual tickets, may cancel a scheduled excursion at any time. However, tickets are non-refundable. All cancellations will receive a Gift Certificate for rescheduling at a later date. Private Party events require a 14-day advance notice of cancellation to be eligible for full refund. Private Party events cancelled less than 14 days of scheduled excursion are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellation policy due to adverse weather events are noted below.

No-Show Policy

Please note that no refunds will be issued for no-shows. If you fail to arrive at the designated departure point on time, you will forfeit your booking and payment.

Weather Policy

GCPB prioritizes the safety of all guests and crew on board. Cancellation of scheduled excursions due to adverse weather conditions* is at the sole discretion of the Captain. Weather related cancellations will be determined on the day of the scheduled excursion. In the event of cancellation due to unsafe weather conditions, GCPB will contact you within approx. 2 hours of your scheduled departure. Excursions canceled due to weather conditions are non-refundable. All guest affected by such weather-related cancellations will be issued a Gift Certificate for rescheduling a party excursion at a later date. If it is raining, GCPB is still ready to party, and the excursion will proceed as scheduled.

*Adverse Weather Conditions means weather of sufficient intensity which renders extremely hazardous/unsafe boating conditions.

Safety and Conduct

Safety is our top priority. All passengers must adhere to the safety guidelines and instructions provided by the Captain and crew. GCPB reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or group that poses a safety risk or exhibits inappropriate behavior. Any damage caused to the vessel by a passenger will be the responsibility of that passenger, and they will be liable for the cost of repairs.

Liability

GCPB is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the excursion. Passengers participate in the excursion at their own risk.

Changes to Terms & Conditions

GCPB reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the terms and conditions will be available on our website.
